Here is a story of a woman, named Jade, who has a thriving business which she loves and is about to begin a new chapter in her life with a wonderful man by the name of Max. But there is a problem, there are skeletons in the closet and despite their promise to one another to let the past be the past, it persistently presents itself until it all comes out in the open and they find the release and healing in redemption, reconciliation, forgiveness and grace.
This was such a good book, that I hardly put it down. It’s a beautiful story that I would think a lot of people can relate to. We all have skeletons in our closet that we more often than not would rather not talk about. Jade walks a parallel path in finding love not only with those who surround her, but our Father in Heaven as well. Though it is a fictional piece, there’s truth to be found in this story and Sara Evans did a good job of sharing those truths.
